The Road to a Successful Corporate Event
Your first step would be to contact one of our agents, who will ask you a lot of questions pertaining to your event. This will help us get a grasp on your event and what you wish to accomplish.
Next, we will look at some of the requirements (such as video recording or playback or audio for your seminars) that you may have, as well as what portions of the event already are or will be taken care of by your company or the hosting venue. We then look at the entertainment portion of your event. Do you require a Master of Ceremonies, background music during dinner, a comic or vaudeville artist after dinner, an "ice-breaker" act that will mingle in the crowd and get your participants talking to one another, a musical act for entertainment or dancing pleasure, or a combination of the above.
Budget
If you have not yet established a budget for certain aspects of your event, we can help you prepare a reasonable budget. Although budgets differ tremendously from company to company and event to event, there are some simple guidelines that will help you establish your budget. For example: To determine your budget for the entertainment portion, you should at least match your dinner budget per head. If you plan to spend $ 25.00 per person on dinner for 300 people, you should also budget $25.00 per person for entertainment, or in this case $7,500.00. For the purpose of this example, your $ 7,500.00 entertainment budget would provide you with a well-rounded entertainment package for one evening.
Once you have established a budget to work with (either with or without our help) and we have agreed to work with this budget, we guarantee to stay within your budget ! Nothing is more frustrating to us or our clients than a deal that is changed at the last minute that provides problems and additional costs.
